Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Saltair ritual, but if a product isn't the right fit, we offer returns and exchanges on eligible items within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for safety and hygiene reasons, all products must be in their original, unopened packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to start the process.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return or exchange and download your prepaid USPS or UPS shipping label.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original mailer if possible, attach the return label, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, please allow 5-7 business days for the credit to appear on your original payment method.
